OVERVIEW:

Way back in August of 2022, the All-Star pick team of Abandon Bourbon,
Jarrod Record of Barrel King, Bill Straub of Four Gate, Sergey and
Scott got together to select these special barrels of Peerless
whiskey. Two bourbons and one rye were selected and due to some
unforeseen delays, these 3 barrels are finally being released after
almost 2 years of waiting. Here are the tasting notes for each of
these 3 single barrels.

TASTING NOTES:

• Nose: Oak and rye spice, citrus, brown sugar, and bright caramel with a
  hint of strawberry
• Palate: Rye spice, heavy sweetness, a mix of bright fruit and citrus,
  vanilla and caramel round out the finish with plenty of spice and
  black tea.
