The 2024 Ros is another classic Ojai Vineyard rospale, brisk, and bursting with fragrance. Ojai pays painstaking attention to detail to ensure their Ros stands out from the pack. Only fruit grown to be Ros is used and they press it whole-cluster to ferment and age in neutral French oak barrels. This allows for ros with the textural elegance that only barrel aging can provide, along with the savor and creaminess from aging on the lees until bottling.

This bottling is 55% Carignan and 45% Grenache. Vibrant aromas of juicy peaches, ripe raspberries, and orchard blossoms are balanced by chalky minerality. The palate is crisp upfront, packed with fresh peach and white cherry. It evolves into a creamy mid-palate, then finishes with bright notes of cranberry, tangerine, and a refreshing mineral edge.

Its a perfect a la carte evening-starter, but its super food-friendlygreat with tacos (especially al pastor), shellfish, or spicy noodle dishes.
