The new Re-launch of Speyside distiller Mortlach comes with the first release ‘Rare Old’ which has been aged in a combination of Bourbon and sherry wood. Lighter in style than the Flora Fauna sherry casked Mortlach but still showing sweetness and spicy with dry notes on the finish.
