Mijenta Reposado is a Jalisco Highlands tequila rested about six months in a blend of American white oak, cherry, and acacia casks an unusual wood mix that gives it a rounder, more layered profile than a straight-oak repo. Made from 100% blue agave grown in the Arandas highlands, it is certified additive-free, so what reaches the glass is agave and barrel with nothing dosed in afterward. The nose leads with vanilla, bergamot, honey, and orange blossom; the palate turns to cooked agave and cacao nibs; the finish runs long and generous. Bottled at 80 proof.
