Another boundary-blurring creation from Prague’s Mtaphore brewery, this spontaneously fermented beer draws inspiration from the orange wine movement. Brewer Ji Sldek applies natural wine thinking to beerwild yeast, extended oak aging, minimal interventioncreating something that feels more like a funky skin-contact white wine than a conventional beer. Limited production, vintage-variable, and entirely its own thing.
