Underneath the packaging is 100% Blue Weber agave tequila aged beyond the three-year minimum that defines extra aejo, tequila’s oldest official age class. The pour is deep bronze, with cooked agave and ripe red fruit over smoke-edged oak on the nose, a creamy run of vanilla, clove and cinnamon across the palate, and pepper hanging on through a silky finish. The 2022 Edition was a one-time limited run. Serve it neat in a snifter after dinner this is sipping tequila in cognac territory, and mixing it would be a waste.
