The Macallan M Copper is part of the house’s ultra-premium M Collection, honoring Macallan’s distinctively small copper stills through a handcrafted Lalique crystal decanter designed by creative director Fabien Baron. It’s presented, not just bottled the decanter is as much the point as the whisky, priced accordingly. Bottled at 42% ABV, it draws on Macallan’s sherry-oak house style: rich dried fruit and spice, built for slow, deliberate drinking rather than a casual pour. This is a display piece and a collector’s whisky first, a drinking whisky second. Serve it neat, in a proper glass, on the rare occasion that calls for it.
