Over the past few years, Lochlea’s seasonal small batch releases have showcasedthe signature Lochlea style in four different ways. As a working farm, theseexpressions tie-in with exactly what is happening at that time of year. Harvest Edition (Third Crop) is the second in a new and final set of fourlimited editions, marking the end of our Seasonal trilogy. This whiskyhas been double matured in refill Bourbon barrels and Port hogsheads,alongside an Oloroso Sherry butt, offering a different take on the sweet,summery flavor profile associated with the Harvest trilogy. With thespirit another year older, expect rich dessert notes upfront balanced bysavory black pepper on the finish.

Nose: Bright red grapes, fresh strawberry jam, and clotted cream

Palate: Sweeter notes of baked apple pie and white chocolate

Finish: Beautifully balanced, with savory notes of cracked black pepper.
