Tasting Notes:

Nose: A deep aroma of toasted oak and rich vanilla layered with aged leather and soft caramel. Hints of baking spice and dried fruit emerge as it opens.

Palate: Robust and mature, this bourbon unfolds with bold, charred oak, brown sugar and dark caramel. Mid-palate reveals subtle cherry and dried apricot, with a whisper of black pepper and toasted pecan.

Finish: The finish is long and warming with lingering notes of char, vanilla bean and a touch of smoke wrapped in smooth sweetness.
