This Single Cask, bottled exclusively for ImpEx Beverages, was matured for 10 years in an Oloroso Sherry Cask. During its maturation, the Oloroso cask has added layers of dried fruit and rich spices, which balance beautifully with the natural citrus and peat smoke character of Kilchoman Single Malts.

Nose: Raisins, orange peel, and honey with waves of earthy peat smoke.

Palate: Ginger cake, candied citrus, rich peat smoke, and dark chocolate.

Finish: Intense, yet rounded, with lasting smoke and mixed spices
