Kentucky Owl The Wiseman Straight Rye Whiskey is a limited-edition whiskey from Kentucky Owl. This whiskey is made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, and is aged for at least 8 years in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with notes of vanilla, baking spices, and a hint of pepper. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of oak and spice. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or in a classic cocktail.
