Juve & Camps is one of the most respected names in Cava, and the Milesime Chardonnay is their varietal vintage bottling – made only when the harvest warrants it. The fruit comes from Can Rius, a single plot in Peneds at roughly 185-245 meters of elevation, and the wine is aged in bottle for a minimum of 36 months. The result is a polished, food-friendly Cava with the breadth of a serious Chardonnay and the bracing freshness Penedes does so well.
