They farm organically, use a mix of nutrient enriching cover crops and harvest these steep sites by hand. The Grner ferments in steel tanks, preserving its natural tension and clarity. The wine feels taut and mineral-driven, with white pepper bite and citrus peel brightness. There’s a saline quality that speaks to the primary rock soils of these ancient terraces.
