The Generation Trilogy second release, HADDINGTON, is an 11 Year Old Irish Single Malt 46% ABV, matured in bourbon, finished in old Guyana rum. Winner of a Gold at the 2021 Irish Whiskey Awards in the category Single Malt 11 years and younger. All three of The Generation Trilogy Toomevara, Haddington and Finishers Touch have won Gold in the Irish Whiskey Awards or the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 3,500 bottles, numbered, and signed by Eunan Ryan.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose:Fragrances of granola and dried berries with a hint of baked spices and plantain
• Palate:Rich mouth feel as the flavour profile develops from crunchy nougat and peach strudel, to creamy toffee and toasted oak with a hint of ripe banana.
• Finish:Pleasantly spiced medium length with a smooth finish.
