Marking a new chapter in the story of Japans most revered craft distiller, Ichiros Malt Chichibu Distillery II Single Malt is the inaugural release from the new Chichibu Distillery II.Established by whisky visionary Ichiro Akuto in 2019, Chichibu Distillery IIfollows the immense success of the original Chichibu Distillery, expanding capacity while introducing distinct production techniques. These include direct-fired spirit stills and French oak fermentation vessels, creating a whisky with greater depth, richness, and body while maintaining the precision, craftsmanship, and elegance for which Chichibu is known worldwide.

This limited inaugural release is aged between four to five years, primarily in ex-bourbon barrels, offering a vibrant and complex profile that highlights the evolving character of this new distillery.
