Wings of the Eagle celebrates Orkneys wild and windy island climate. Matured in both sherry seasoned European and American oak casks resulting in a glowing amber natural cask driven colour; its spicy and elegant character reveals a sophisticated combination of flavours layered as intricately as the feathers of an eagles wing.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Soft fruits with a hint of smoke.

Palate: Sweet figs, apricots, warm nutmeg, chocolate coated marzipan.

Finish: Rich spices, vanilla, aromatic peat smoke.

The palate is soft at first, before showcasing fruitcake, dried apricots, campfire smores, peat, wet soil, and a bit of a grassy-floral streak like a dewy meadow.
