Tasting Notes: The nose draws our those creamy, candied gin-like botanical notes lovingly found in the standard Double Rye, but adds a touch of toffee and plethora of plum to boot.

The palate is juicy with a subtle bite, balanced with pink bubblegum leading the front and vanilla bean carrying through the sip.

The finish brings in dense red fruits saturating and semi-drying the tongue, and a comfortable amount of clove, ginger, allspice, and pepper to keep the fruit in check.
