Remarkably smooth with the sweet, complex flavors of Bananas Foster, Herradura Anjo was first released in 1962 and has shined bright ever since.
Barrel-aged for an industry surpassing 25 months for a brilliant flavor ofslow-roasted agave, aged wood, toasted almond, and spices.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Intense agave, toasted oak, candied nuts, cinnamon, citrus.
Flavour: Deep, nutty caramel, hints of pineapple and orange.
Finish: Smooth, sweet, warm baking spices.
“Rich aromas of agave, chocolate, pineapple and dried cherry appear along with oak and vanilla tones. In the mouth, this is a rich and mouth-coating spirit, with flavors similar to the nose creating a lively counterpoint to the cinnamon and caramel also found. The finish is long and lasting, with gentle fruit notes giving way to a soft cinnamon note with hints of earth and minerality.” – Distiller Staff
