A limited-release addition on the Heavens Door collection, the 10-Year Tennessee Straight Bourbon is richly complex yet uncompromisingly smooth. Following distillation, the whiskey is sugar maple mellowed in Tennessee before entering new white oak barrels for aging-a method known as the Lincoln County Process. This blend of two different barrel lots, aged in the bottom 3rd and top 3rd of the rackhouse, highlights how complex flavors develop over 10+ years of aging.
