This exceptional series of Whiskeys begins with the seed itself. Each year, the Master Distiller collaborates with Becks Hybrids, a fellow family-owned seed company, to carefully select a unique corn seed varietal. The chosen varietal, which changes annually, is specifically selected to thrive in Central Kentucky.

The Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey features a mashbill with a higher rye content than the distillerys traditional rye mashbill. Aged for over six years at the Cox’s Creek rickhouse, the distillate is non-chill filtered and bottled at barrel proof, offering a robust 123.2 proof. Since its founding in 1935, Heaven Hill Distillery has been dedicated to producing the highest quality Kentucky Whiskeys. The Grain to Glass line pays homage to this legacy, celebrating the multi-generational partnerships built on trust and handshake agreements rather than contracts.

The taste is big butterscotch and caramel notes with dense, complex spices and a touch of cigar tobacco. The spiciness continues to build with a big cinnamon note. Charred oak with a hint of campfire smoke at the last.
