Hatozaki is a range of Japanese blended whiskies created from the maturing barrel stocks in our Akashi warehouses. These whiskies vary in age, style and barrel type. Our Master Blender uses a two-fold blending process, to bring these different whiskies together and create the complexity and balance so prized in Japanese whisky.
