A Scotch whisky matured in Scottish Oak! Bottled at 48% ABV, the aromas imparted from the Scottish Sessile oak are immediate on the nose. Dark chocolate and zesty orange peel emanate from the glass. Because its extremely difficult to cooper, Scottish Oak is almost never used for whisky maturation, but the effects here are fascinating. Toasted oak on the finish lingers for minutes.
