Sherry cask

This Campbeltown single malt whisky is one of only 216 bottles drawn at cask strength from a single oak hogshead cask no. 2031 bottled by Blackadder in October 2019. A little added water will help release its full flavour.

Blackadder Raw Cask is carefully bottled as it is drawn the cask retaining all its natural cask sediments as well as its natural oils and fats.

Expecta medium to full bodied style, low to no peat, with hints of honey, nuts and moderately fruity. Well-mannered would be a good general description for this distillery. This also comes from the era when staff at Springbank ran production at Glen Scotia.
