Every bottle ofGin Mareis unique. The acidity levels of our star ingredient, the arbequina olive, change every year. This means each and every distillation is a unique culinary work of art.

Gin Mare is a Mediterranean gin distilled in a converted chapel on the Spanish coast near Barcelona. Arbequina olives lead the botanical bill, backed by rosemary, thyme and basil, with juniper, citrus and green cardamom holding the classic gin frame. Each botanical is macerated and distilled separately, then blended, which keeps the herbs green and the olive savory rather than muddy. Bottled at 42.7% ABV, the pour is savory where most gins are bright: olive brine, garden herbs and soft citrus over dry juniper. That savory lean makes an unusually good martini and a proper Mediterranean gin and tonic garnish with a rosemary sprig or an olive rather than lime.
