• Tasting Notes: Buttered popcorn, cooking spices and a little hint of freshly baked bread. Very light nods towards vanilla appear on the palate and continues through to the finish, which is slightly peppery.

A 2014 introduction to the George Dickel range, their unaged corn spirit is based on a classic mash bill of theirs (84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley), charcoal filtered and bottled at 45.5% ABV with nary a thought to even showing it a cask.
