His Vermut features 25 hand-cultivated and foraged botanicalsincluding three varieties of wormwoodsteeped and macerated to create a complex, herb-forward expression. Citrus and herb dominate the nose while red fruits and spice emerge on the palate, culminating in beautifully balanced bitterness. Unfiltered and bottled at 18% ABV.
