The Bloody Shiraz is the distillerys alternative to Sloe Gin, using Shiraz grapes instead of sloe berries to create a sweet gin liqueur.

HOW:Cool climate Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes are steeped into the award-winning Rare Dry Gin for eight weeks with no added sugar. The resulting gin is an incredibly vibrant ruby color, which turns iridescent pink when mixed with soda.

WHAT:Four Pillars Distillery is located in Australias Yarra Valley, about an hour outside of Melbourne, and is 100% dedicated to the distillation of ginnothing else.
