Few Barrel Gin is a small-batch gin made in Evanston, Illinois. It is made with a blend of juniper, coriander, citrus, and other botanicals. The gin is distilled in a copper pot still and aged in charred oak barrels for a smooth, complex flavor. It has a light, floral aroma and a smooth, slightly sweet taste. The gin is bottled at 94 proof and is best enjoyed neat or in a classic gin cocktail.
