This limited edition mezcal from Erstwhile is made from 100% Tobala agave, which is a wild variety of agave found in the highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is harvested by hand and cooked in traditional stone ovens. The mezcal is then double distilled in copper stills and aged for two years in French oak barrels.
