This limited edition Erstwhile Espadin Joven Artisanal Agave Spirit is a unique and special spirit made from 100% Espadin agave. It is produced in small batches in the highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico, using traditional methods. The agave is cooked in a stone oven, fermented with wild yeast, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The spirit is then aged for six months in American oak barrels.
