El Silencio Rare is a hand-numbered, ultra-limited expression crafted from a blend of three exceptional agave varieties using modern, sustainable methods in Oaxaca. The result is a cristalino mezcal of remarkable smoothness and depth winter fruits, florals, leather, and sweet mesquite roast on the nose, with sweet ripe agave, mushroom earthiness, medium smoke, and well-balanced spice on the palate. The finish is buttery and nutty with slightly charred caramel, black pepper, and toasted dark chocolate. A silky, well-rounded mezcal unlike anything else in the category.
