The 2024 version of the Happy Canyon Sauvignon Blanc is 42% Grassini, 28% Grimms Bluff, 27% Vogelzang, 3% Two Wolves. The wine was aged in 73% neutral oak barrels and 27% stainless steel, with 85% Clone 1 and 15% Musque. The wine is delicious out of the gate showing mixed tropical fruits, crisp citrus-laced acidity, minerals and a touch of fresh herbs.
