Our Espadn comes from a variety of agaves that we cultivate and harvest after 7 to 8 years of seeding. These agaves are grown among the various soils of our village which adds to its flavor distinct strength and complexity.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: It smells of papaya and roasted fruits.
• Taste: Notes of grapefruit skin, herbals and black pepper .It has a long tingling finish on the palate.
