Don Julio 70 Cristalino, an exclusive Limited Edition bottle to commemorate Da de Los Muertos, the Day of the Dead.
This special release is an exclusive collaboration with CFDA’s Men’s Designer of the Year, Willy Chavarria, a tribute to one of Mexico’s most iconic holidays, blending the artistic vision of Chavarria with the unparalleled craftsmanship of Don Julio 70 Cristalino.
Introducing the worlds first Aejo Claro Tequila.
Created to mark 70 years since Don Julio Gonzalez first started making Tequila.
A testament to Don Julios patience and determination for ideal quality, Tequila Don Julio Aejo is the culmination of distinct rich flavours of agave balanced with the perfect amount of wood influence.
Barrel-aged in smaller batches for 18 months in American white-oak barrels, Don Julio Aejo has butterscotch and honey flavours with a clean, warm finish.
Try it in on the rocks or in a manhattan.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Crisp with traditional hints of Aejo.
Aging: 18 months & charcoal filtered.
Taste: Smooth in character with highlights of vanilla, honey and toasted oak.
Finish: Lingering hints of oak followed by a clean, warm finish.
“Quite a lot happening on the nose with vanilla cream, cinnamon, and caramel-covered popcorn. A faint hint of green herbs and minerality is found as well. The tequila is rich and soft on your palate as well as sweet. The finish is spicy and herb filled with the tequila ending up on the bitter and dry side.” – Stephanie Moreno, Distiller (91 Points)
