Dixeebe Chuparrosa is produced by Valentn Corts in Santiago Matatln, Oaxaca. Maguey Chuparrosa is a hybrid ofAgave angustifoliaandAgave americana, endemic to the Sierra Sur region of Oaxaca. In this production, the agavesare cooked in an underground pit oven, milled by tahona, and double distilled in a copper still.
