Desolas Mezcal Blanco is a 100% agave mezcal made from Espadin agave in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is produced by hand using traditional methods, such as crushed by a stone wheel (tahona) and double distilled in a clay pot still. Desolas Mezcal Blanco has notes of pepper, smoky earth and ripe fruit on the nose, followed by a smooth and smoky flavor with a subtle hint of sweetness. This mezcal pairs well with many dishes, including tacos and enchiladas.
