Derrumbes Durangois made using traditional methods using the states wild agaveDurangensis. The agave are cooked in underground ovens, crushed by tahona, naturally fermented and distilled in small copper pot stills. AgaveDurangensisis known to yield a zingy, fruity mezcal with notes of citrus, tropical fruit along with light smokiness and a hint of minerality.
