Del Maguey Vida is a single village mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave. It is produced in the village of San Luis del Rio in Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is cooked in a traditional underground oven, crushed with a horse-drawn tahona, fermented in open-air wooden vats, and double-distilled in copper stills. The result is a smooth, smoky mezcal with notes of cooked agave, citrus, and herbs. Del Maguey Vida is perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails.
