Del Maguey Tobaziche is a mezcal made from 100% agave Tobaziche, a wild agave found in the hills of Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made in the traditional way, using a stone-lined pit oven to cook the agave, a horse-drawn tahona to crush the cooked agave, and a wooden fermentation vat. The result is a smoky, earthy mezcal with notes of citrus, herbs, and spice. Del Maguey Tobaziche is best enjoyed neat or in a classic mezcal cocktail.
