Del Maguey San Pablo is a mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave. It is produced in the village of San Pablo Villa de Mitla, located in the Oaxaca region of Mexico. The agave is cooked in a traditional underground oven, and then fermented and distilled in copper stills. The result is a smoky, earthy mezcal with notes of citrus, herbs, and spice.
