Del Maguey 100% Tobala is a single-village mezcal made from wild Tobala agave. It is produced in the village of San Luis del Rio in Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is harvested from the wild and cooked in a traditional underground oven. It is then fermented in open-air wooden vats and double-distilled in copper stills. The result is a smoky, earthy mezcal with notes of citrus, herbs, and spices. Del Maguey 100% Tobala is best enjoyed neat or in a classic mezcal cocktail.
