Decoy Limited’s 2025 Sauvignon Blanc was shaped by a wet winter that supported healthy vine growth and a consistently warm season followed by gradual late-summer cooling. Earlier-than-normal flavor development allowed for harvesting at lower sugar levels, resulting in clean, aromatic white wines with excellent promise and natural vibrancy.

The wine opens with a lift of ripe pineapple, fresh guava, orange zest, and lemon meringue, complemented by a touch of white peach. The medium-bodied palate is smooth and silky with a gentle viscosity and vibrant tangerine flavors throughout, finishing fresh and citrus-driven with a clean, bright impression on every sip.
