The fleshy Chardonnay elements dominate but are brightened by Sauvignon Blanc and Melon de Bourgogne. All three varieties combine wonderfullyrich, tangy citrus aromatics with Meyer lemon pulp, clover honey and a chalky minerality. The palate carries the weight of Chardonnay, accented by the Melon de Bourgogne’s mouthfeel and lifted by a brightness from the Sauvignon Blanc.
