Cream of Kentucky is an 11.5 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. It is made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley and is aged in charred oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toffee, and baking spices.
