It’s a great blend of traditional French grapes including Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Colombard, and Ugni Blanc. Nice light pear and white florals, while the palate offers white pineapple and stone fruits. It has a good amount of acidity with a bubbly texture and can be had as a cocktail or with food.
