Zouzou is the cheerful everyday white from Domaine des Coteaux des Travers, a biodynamic family estate worked by the Charavins on the sunrise-facing slopes of Rasteau in the southern Rhone. Robert Charavin converted to organics in the 1990s and to biodynamics soon after (certified Biodyvin), and that careful, living-soil farming shows even at the bright, juicy Cotes du Rhone level.
