Corte Vetusto Mezcal Ensamble II is a premium mezcal produced by the Corte Vetusto distillery. It is an “ensamble” mezcal, which means it is made from a blend of different agave varieties, each contributing its own unique characteristics to the final product.

Corte Vetusto Mezcal Ensamble II is crafted using traditional methods, including the harvesting of various agave types, roasting them in an underground pit, crushing the cooked agave by tahona (a large stone wheel), and fermenting the extracted juice in wooden vats. The fermented juice is then double-distilled in copper alembic stills to create a mezcal with complexity and depth.
