Coppersea Bottled in Bond Straight Bourbon is a small-batch, craft bourbon whiskey made from a mash of 70% corn, 25% rye, and 5% malted barley. It is aged for at least four years in new, charred American oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and sweet with notes of toffee, baking spices, and oak. The finish is long and warm with a hint of spice.
