Made with a base of organic strawberries from Stehly Farms and Be Wise Ranch in San Diego, CA. We macerate the berries with fresh organic ginger root and dried cascara (cascara is the cherry-like fruit that contains the coffee bean) for up to one week. Bright strawberry notes are complemented by roasted tamarind notes from the cascara. Delicious with all spirits, we especially enjoy this shrub with rum, tequila, and whiskey.

For Cocktails:
~ Add 1/2oz shrub
~ Each bottle makes up to 34 cocktails

~ Mix 1/2oz shrub per 6oz bubbly water
~ Each bottle makes up to 34 sodas
