The 2019 Ventum is an intense, enveloping wine with aromas of ripe and preserved red fruit, cinnamon, and liquorice, finishing with warmth and structure. Aged 15 months in barrel, this 100% Nebbiolo bridges medieval tradition and modern winemaking.
